Our Accommodation
We offer a wide range of short-term supported accommodation in Lincoln and Gainsborough suitable for individuals and small families with children at risk of homelessness and in need of support to maintain their home. Our housing teams visit houses daily to check on clients.
Lincoln
The range of accommodation in Lincoln all within a short walk of the city centre. Our Housing Team visits the houses every day to make sure you are ok and the accommodation is running smoothly. Outside of office hours, there is an on-call service for anything that cannot wait until the next day.
Shared Houses
Properties with shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge. Bills and wi-fi included. Houses are fully furnished and ready for you to move in your personal items.
Family Flats
Newly built modern flats, which would suit small families. LEAP provide the white goods and carpets, but you will need to provide your own furniture. Our Housing Team are happy to help you source items. In the flats you are responsible for all your own bills, sourcing Wi-Fi and TV licence. Of course, our friendly team, will support you with this and make sure you are fully set up.
Gainsborough
In Gainsborough, LEAP has a range of accommodation within a short walk of the town centre. Our Housing Team visits the houses every day to make sure you are ok and the accommodation is running smoothly. Outside of office hours, there is an on-call service for anything that cannot wait until the next day.
Shared houses
2 and 3 bed properties with shared kitchen, bathroom, and lounge. Communal TV in the living room and TV licence provided, along with Wi-Fi. Houses are fully furnished and ready for you to move in your personal items.
Should an emergency arise outside of office hours, residents can contact a member of staff via our on-call service.
How do we get our accommodation?
REFURBISHING RUN DOWN PROPERTIES
With the assistance of Banks Long, LEAP was able to purchase several low-quality houses using a social investment loan and grant from SIB (Social Investment Business). The project would not have been possible without the support of West Lindsey District Council, which provided the necessary expertise in terms of planning and building controls.

HOMES ENGLAND GRANT PROJECT
Adam Heath House is one of our properties located within walking distance of the centre of Lincoln. It is named in honour of Adam Heath, a young man who was an inspiration to many. The development of Adam Heath House was made possible through the Homes England Grant Project, which involved the City of Lincoln donating a plot of land to us. We then partnered with the Blue Skies Consortium to apply for a grant from Homes England, which was approved and allowed us to proceed with the project. Stem and Lindum served as project managers, overseeing the construction of the development, which consists of nine one and two bedroom flats suitable for families and single parents.
