Our Trustees
Meet our Board of Trustees
Our Board of Trustees is one of the key factors of our Charity. Find out more about our Trustees and find out how to apply to join the board on this page. Our Trustees are experts in their fields and are a valuable asset to our charity. They help oversee the decisions and strategic direction of our organisation. Furthermore, they help to guide us to more efficient and effective routes to help us fight the homelessness crisis England is facing.

Become a Trustee?
At LEAP our Trustees play a massive part in our organisation. They take their expertise from their fields and come together to help us operate in a more efficient and effective manner. Our Trustees oversee the major decisions we make and take part in organisational wide events. We take great pride in our Trustees and massively appreciate the work they put in. As a team it is great for the organisation and Trustees to go hand in hand to help make the world a better place. We currently have opportunities for more Trustees to join the Board. In particular, we are looking for experienced professionals with expertise in:
- Communication, marketing and digital technology
- Human Resources
- Legal
- Fundraising
- Housing and Property Management
- Health and Safety
This is an opportunity to help fight homelessness and make a real difference. Our Trustees help shape our Charity and its services to help homeless individuals and families in Lincoln and Gainsborough.
Board of Trustees: “As ambitious individuals we are passionate about the Charity we support, and we operate within an equitable, open, and engaging culture. Our passion and ambition for the work means we are not afraid of taking informed risks and new challenges. We are looking for people who really want to make a difference through giving of their time, knowledge, and experience.”
