Reece has just finished his time with LEAP as part of his apprenticeship. He was our receptionist over at The Community Hub in Gainsborough and will be hugely missed! Apprenticeships are a brilliant way to upskill and to gain industry experience and Reece has provided us with some valuable insights into his time at LEAP!

How have you found working at LEAP?
I found working at LEAP to be welcoming and enjoyable, my time working with both the Gainsborough and Lincoln staff at LEAP has been a great opportunity. For the first office job I’ve worked it’s been an amazing experience and one I will remember.
What’s the main thing you’ve learned from your time at LEAP?
I’ve learnt how to be a useful, reliable and effective team member for the colleagues I work with. It’s given me professional experience working in many different areas of the company not just the roles and responsibilities of my normal duties but has expanded my knowledge other areas as well.
How have you developed your skills at LEAP?
I have developed my skills considerably during my time at LEAP being able to complete a wide range of duties and tasks I couldn’t have done before and that are transferable to other sectors and jobs. This will allow me to pursue my career goals and support myself more comfortably moving forward in my life.
