liLEAP aims to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible. Contact us directly with any questions, suggestions or support needs. Furthermore, there are a range of ways to contact us; email, telephone or just come visit us. For any enquiries out of office hours, send us an email and we will aim to respond as quickly as possible.

Our Lincoln office welcomes walk-ins during our drop-in hours which are listed below. feel free to come visit us to discuss your supportive needs. We are located on Monson street with the big LEAP logo above our building.

9:00 – 17:00 Mondays

9:00 – 17:00 Tuesdays

9:00 – 17:00 Wednesdays

9:00 – 17:00 Thursdays

9:00 – 16:00 Fridays

Drop In Hours

From August 4th 2025, we’re amending our drop in hours. Unscheduled visits will now only be permitted during the following hours, Monday to Friday:

9:30am – 12:30pm

1:30pm – 4:30pm

If you need to speak to someone outside of those drop in hours, you are always welcome to email or call us. Do keep in mind however, that our team will only respond during the working hours listed above.

Our Gainsborough Office, (LEAP Community Hub) which is where the old post office was located. It has a red post box outside and is available for members of the public to walk in during our drop in hours.

If you are attending an event at the LEAP Community Hub outside of our drop in hours, there is no need to worry, you are still welcome to pop in!

Your feedback is important to LEAP and can help us improve our services.

Compliments: Your compliments will be shared with the relevant member of staff or team.

We may also use your feedback as a testimonial on our website or within our marketing materials. To opt out of this, please include ‘Do not share’ in your feedback. If you would like to keep your name anonymous, let us know in your feedback.

Complaints: We aim to acknowledge your complaints within five working days. All complaints are treated in the strictest confidence and the information you share will only be used to investigate the complaint.
