LEAP’s Sincil Bank Community Art Trail is now complete and will launch officially on the 14th September 2018.
The project idea came about in October last year and focused on the redesign and revitalisation of a number of green Media Boxes in the Sincil Bank Area. The aim was to give some colour and show that regeneration of the area is beginning to happen.
The first day of LEAP's new art project launched yesterday, and it was an overwhelming success! A large number of volunteers; LEAP Staff, residents, artists and others all helped out to create some fabulous designs that have certainly helped brighten up parts of the ward!

As you may be aware, the Lincoln 10K has been postponed to the 1st July at 9:30am due to severe weather conditions on the previous date of the run. Heavy snowfall and cold condition's meant the race could not safely take place as planned previously and now the race will take place in Summer at an earlier time.

On the 21st April LEAP once again hosted a tombola at Barclays Lincoln, and we raised a healthy £57.48 ! This can buy a number of items; 8 first aid kits, or 5 food parcels or 2 bedding packs! Thank you to all who came along, had a go and supported our young people with donations!
LEAP were recently nominated to become one of the Coop Community Champions for Lincoln, and we can confirm we have won the voting for our area! This means LEAP will receive £500-1000 in fundraising at the end of 2018, this will help massively towards providing support over the Christmas period for our clients!
Our very own staff member Nikki took on the ultimate test at this year’s ‘Airfield Anarchy Frostbite Challenge’ in a cold and wet February morning. The course which consisted of an 8km run and over 60 obstacles started in the early morning on February 13th 2016 and lasted all day.
