Inflatable 5K Runner raises £134 for LEAP!

On Saturday 28th April, LEAP staff member Michael Sellers ran the Inflatable 5K at the Costello Stadium in Hull i aid of LEAP. Running with two team mates beside him (who were running for Brain Tumour Charity and Diabetes UK), he raised £134 for LEAP! Thank you Michael for your efforts and we hope you had a great time at the event!

Volunteers Wanted for the Lincoln 10K!

As you may be aware, the Lincoln 10K has been postponed to the 1st July at 9:30am due to severe weather conditions on the previous date of the run. Heavy snowfall and cold condition's meant the race could not safely take place as planned previously and now the race will take place in Summer at an earlier time. ​ LEAP are looking for volunteers to help out at the event and marshal the course, we need as much help as possible and would be very grateful for any volunteers! ​ Details on times volunteers need to be at the 10K will be confirmed closer to the event ​ If you would like to volunteer at the event or have any more queries, please email Michael.Sellers@leap.uk.com ​ More information on

Tombola Raises £57.48!

On the 21st April LEAP once again hosted a tombola at Barclays Lincoln, and we raised a healthy £57.48 ! This can buy a number of items; 8 first aid kits, or 5 food parcels or 2 bedding packs! Thank you to all who came along, had a go and supported our young people with donations!

LEAP become Coop Community Champion for 2018!

LEAP were recently nominated to become one of the Coop Community Champions for Lincoln, and we can confirm we have won the voting for our area! This means LEAP will receive £500-1000 in fundraising at the end of 2018, this will help massively towards providing support over the Christmas period for our clients! Sessional Support Workers Wanted!

We are seeking applicants who are interested in working with young people in our supported housing project Rate of pay; £8.75 per hour (plus holiday pay). To cover ad hoc shifts for sickness and annual leave which are predominantly evening and weekend shifts. We are particularly interested to hear from people who hold full UK driving licences with access to a vehicle and business insurance who would be willing to provide cover for our on-call service as part of a shift. Experience of work with this client group is desirable but not essential as training will be given. Applicants must be self-motivated, reliable and dedicated to our aims and ethos.
