Are you Street Homeless, or about to become Street Homeless, then LEAP’s emergency flat may be the answer for you. If you are 16 to 25 years, have support needs then it is essential that you gain a referral as soon as possible.
The flat is self contained and managed by LEAP on behalf of the City of Lincoln Council. It is well maintained and has all the facilities and equipment required for any person to move straight into. Those accepted for the emergency accommodation can be housed in the unit for up to 4 weeks. We use this 4 week period to assess the clients’ needs and aim to find a stable, secure and more suitable type of accommodation for them to move onto.
