LEAP holds a comprehensive set of policies and procedures to cover all aspects of Charity’s business. These can be broken down into the following four categories:

Employment Law: LEAP employs the NatWest Mentor Service to provide a complete set of policies and procedures to cover Employment Law. Their service helps LEAP to effectively manage the complexities of current legislation and to advise on compliance and change.

Health & Safety: As with the Employment Law, NatWest Mentor Service has also provided LEAP with a complete set of policies and procedures to ensure fulfilment of its legal requirement to provide a safe and healthy environment in which to work.

Management: Additional to the above, LEAP holds policies to cover the financial administration within the charity.

Housing Management: LEAP’s Housing Management policies are key to the Charity’s service delivery of housing and support services. Here LEAP value the depth and diversity of its policies and procedures to allow for the delivery of a first class service to clients. Attached are a selection policies that LEAP considers might be of interest to agencies, neighbours and clients.
