How can we Help?

- I want a service that believes in me and promotes my personal growth

If you are 16 to 25 years old and looking for support and/or housing, to develop independent living skills as well as the ability to maintain a tenancy then look no further.
LEAP can offer:
- Supported Housing: LEAP manages several houses around the city of Lincoln. These are all based on 3 or 4 young people sharing a home. Each resident has a worker who will help them with key, identified, support needs.
- Floating Support: This service is for young people living in their own home who feel that they need support to maintain their accommodation.
- Emergency Accommodation: LEAP’s emergency flat is a self-contained unit located in Lincoln that street homeless – or potentially street homeless – can access.
- Barlow House: This is LEAP's move-on accommodation for 16 to 25 year olds in Lincoln. Support is focused on securing fully independent move-on.
- Homer House: Fully supported housing for 16-21 year olds. Homer House provides 18 accommodation units together with structured individual programmes provided on-site.
